Up to 7 daysYour piece is printed onto our DuraWeave™ surface, then edge-sealed and finished by hand. This is the part we don't rush, and it's most of the wait.
Quality checked & packed
Before dispatchEvery piece is inspected individually before it leaves us. If something isn't right, it doesn't ship.
Shipped
Within 7 days of orderingYou'll get an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier. From there you can follow it to your door.
Can't find your tracking link?
Your tracking link is sent by email the moment your order ships — check your inbox for a message from us, and your spam folder if it isn't there. You can also view every order and its status by signing in to your account above.
If it's been more than 14 days since you ordered and you haven't heard from us, please get in touch and we'll chase it up personally.
