Products, Pricing & Availability

We aim to accurately describe every product, including materials, dimensions, and pricing, but occasional errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on that error, and will notify you if this happens. Because every piece is made to order in limited quantities, availability may change or a specific design may sell out without notice.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or issues with payment or delivery. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your order will not enter production until payment has been confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date.

All content on this site, including but not limited to artwork, designs, product photography, text, logos, and the Slate & Cloth name and mark, is the property of Slate & Cloth or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Artwork featured on our products is used under licence or commission from the relevant artist and may not be reproduced, copied, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent. Purchasing a Slate & Cloth product gives you the right to use that physical item for personal purposes only; it does not grant any licence to reproduce the artwork itself.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the proper functioning of our Services, or to use any automated system (such as a bot or scraper) to access our Services without our express permission.

Reviews & User Content

If we enable customers to submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our Services.
