How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order, not pulled from a shelf. We print, package, and deliver within 7 days of your order — most of that time is the careful part: printing, weaving, and finishing each surface by hand.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across the EU as standard, with shipping to the UK, Norway, and select international destinations available at checkout. Exact options and rates are calculated automatically based on your delivery address.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What's your return policy?
If anything's wrong with your order, you're covered for 30 days from your order date. Get in touch and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you'd prefer.
How do I start a return or replacement?
Contact us within 30 days of your order with your order number and a short description (and photo, if it's a defect). We'll take it from there.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every piece comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects and premature wear — the kind of issue that shouldn't happen with normal daily use.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes — select Klarna at checkout for flexible payment options, including pay-in-installments where available in your region.
Can I commission a custom design?
Yes — we love working on these. Get in touch with your idea, reference images, or artist you'd like us to work with, and we'll follow up with what's possible and a timeline.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
We do, on a case-by-case basis. Reach out with your requirements and we'll let you know what we can put together.
What are Slate & Cloth surfaces made from?
Our DuraWeave™ surface — a tightly woven fabric built in Scotland's weaving mills, edge-sealed by hand to resist fraying and hold fine detail without dulling glide.
How do I clean it?
Wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed, then let it air dry fully before use. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or machine washing — these can affect the surface finish over time.
What sizes are available?
Each collection comes in several sizes to suit different desk setups — exact dimensions and pricing are listed on each product page.
